Which areas do you deliver to?
As long as you have a mainland UK address we can deliver to you.
Can we order for a certain date?
No sorry, we only have selected dates for delivery which are listed on the website.
Can you let us know roughly what time delivery will be?
Deliveries are usually between 8am and 6pm. Make sure you check your text messages or email to be notified from the courier (this is for mainland UK deliveries, and not local Surrey deliveries).We do not give estimated delivery times.
Will my food arrive hot or cold?
Your food will arrive chilled and will need to be re-heated.
If i’m not at home when the delivery arrives what will happen to my order?
Your order will be left on your doorstep or in a safe place by the driver and photos will be taken to prove where it has been left.
Can i meet the driver to collect my order?
Sorry this is not possible.
I have placed an order, can I amend or cancel it?
Sadly we are unable to amend or cancel orders that have been placed.
What meat do your pies contain?
Our pies are made from lamb meat.
Do you sell pies for vegetarians or vegans?
Sadly not at the moment.
Do you have a gluten free option?
Sadly not at the moment.
Do you have a minimum order spend?
Our minimum order is currently £20.00
Sure, our food can be frozen on delivery day.
How long does your food stay fresh for during courier transit?
Courier delivered parcels stay fresh in transit for 24-36 hours. If in doubt contact us before consuming.

Which type of payment do you accept?
We accept credit / debit cards and Paypal.
Can I order over the telephone?
Sorry all orders have to be placed online.
No, we are sorry, but this is not possible.
How long can I keep my food refrigerated before i consume?
48 hours, from delivery date.
Does the liquor contain eel juice?
No, it does not.
